We appreciate all the valuable feedback from our customers that allow us to know our flaws and work on them to serve you better.
How To Claim
- Claims must be done within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel. This is a validity date range from our courier partner. We hope for your understanding.
- Please send us a photo of your broken goods as proof via Whatsapp (+60 17-878 9125) or email (contact@finessepackaging.com) with your order number. We will deposit the claim into your account within 1-2 working day with an email notification.
- Photo submitted should be in the original packing once you have opened up the parcel. We will not be held liable to respond to any claim(s) with the photo that is not in the original packing.
- Finesse Packaging reserved full rights to change this terms & conditions without prior notice.
